TERMS OF SERVICE

When you buy commission from me, you indicate that you have read the terms and agree to them.

RIGHTS

  • I as an artist retain all rights to create artwork. I may use any picture I create for sale and presentation in digital or printed form. You agree that I may sell higher resolution files, WIP, stages of your commission as part of image packs Patreon rewards, Boosty or similar.

  • In any case, I will include on all pictures used in this manner the character’s full name, the creator of the character, and copyright information. Files in the format .jpg in 1k px resolution on the larger side is intended for PUBLIC use. Files in the format .png in 6k px resolution on the larger side is intended for PRIVATE use.

  • If you want to keep the privacy of your commission, so that the art is not published anywhere, in this case the cost of the commission will be with a surcharge of 50% of the commission amount additionally.

  • If you want to redeem the copyright, then the surcharge will be 90% of the commission amount.

PAYMENTS

  • When buying a commission of up to $300, you must deposit the entire amount in full.

  • If you buy a commission for more than $300, you can split the payment in half. The interval between the first and second payment should be NO MORE than three weeks.

Payment for the commission is made through my intermediary on PayPal via "gift" option or "friends & family" option.❗️ Be careful, because if the payment is sent as a "payment for a service", then I will have to make a refund so that you make the payment again through the options described below.- To send using the "gift" option, please select "More" and "Send Gift" in your PayPal.- To send using the "friends and family" option, please select "Send" and "Sending to a friend" in your PayPal.For both options, a small commission will be charged, if this confuses you, then please select the amount that will give you the desired total.❗️ Leave a comment blank or write something like "donation in support of art"

REFUNDS

  • I have the right to cancel a commission.

  • Clients get a full refund if:

- I canceled the commission for personal reasons;
- They cancel the commission before I started working.

  • Clients can’t refuse the commission and make a refund, if they wish to cancel the commission after I have started working.

  • If it so happens that I started work before prepayment (this happens when I make quick search sketches for commission) and the customer no longer responds to my messages, in this case I have every right to use unpaid sketches for sale as YCH.

ABOUT PROCESS

  • After receiving your payment, I will send you a WiP for approval. Any changes can be applied.

  • After the sketch is approved, I will only correct my own mistakes.

  • One job takes from one week to one month. The time from the start of work on the commission is taken into account, since there may be several more projects in front of you in the queue. Keep an eye on the queue in "TO-DO". Deadlines can also be longer depending on the complexity of your idea and/or character(s). So please be patient.

  • If you want to receive WIP more often, then write to me in telegram or discord (LazyOllie#0643). This way I can share the process with you faster without interrupting my work. I prefer this method of communication, because I have a built-in translator there and I can respond quickly.

  • At the end you will get a link where you can download the drawings in high quality + web version.

Send me the following commission details:

  1. Type of commission;

  2. Character(s) references sheet (basic information about them);

  3. Write down a description of what you are looking for, what will they be doing;

  4. If no visual representation is available then write down a detailed text.
